Adam Rossiter is Chief Operating Officer at FundBank and is based in its Cayman Islands operation. He brings to his role a strong background in the financial services and asset management industry, having gained over 22 years of experience working in multiple global financial centers including the U.S., Ireland, the Cayman Islands and Switzerland. His particular areas of focus have been in banking operations, securities services, alternative investments and fund administration.
As Chief Operating Officer, Adam plans, organizes, directs and is responsible for the development of FundBank’s operations as well as enhancing its infrastructure, processes and procedures to facilitate a seamless client experience. He directly oversees all banking functions and provides a strong leadership and effective management required to maintain and grow a highly motivated team.
Prior to joining FundBank, Adam was a Managing Director acting as Head of Change Management, Operational Controls & Group Security for Union Bancaire Privée (UBP), a Swiss Private Bank with assets under management of CHF 130 billion. During his time with UBP he held several positions, all focused on operational excellence within the centralized Group Shared Service’s division. Before leaving UBP, Adam was reporting directly to the Group Chief Operating Officer, responsible for several departments tasked with providing independent oversight of the risk/control framework for the Bank and implementing the Bank’s change management portfolio, which included end-to-end digital client onboarding, robotic process automation, M&A and the outsourcing of non-core activities.
Prior to joining UBP, Adam was previously employed by Harmonic Fund Services, Close Brothers and SEI Investments, working in various capacities and roles all focused specifically on the Alternative Investment industry.
Adam is a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association and holds a BSc in Finance & International Business from Pennsylvania State University.
